Apple - pie
Apples are available most of the year. Any kind of apple will work for this pie - so just use them up if you have a few laying around - as you should have most of the ingredients in your pantry!
Ingredients:
- 350g flour
- 50g brown sugar
1 tbs of baking powder
1 tbs of vanilla sugar
3 tbs of apple vinegar
3 dl of non-dairy milk (almond)
1,25 dl of rapeseed oil
2-3 apples
some cinnamon if you like
some maple syrup
Preparation:
- Mix dry ingredients, then liquid ones
- Cut the apples into slices
- Put the dough into your cake pan and insert the apple pieces
- Bake for approx. 40 min at 180° celsius
Optional: sprinkle some icing sugar over it.
Goes well with tea or coffee, or let's be honest, with anything!
