Apple - pie

Apples are available most of the year. Any kind of apple will work for this pie - so just use them up if you have a few laying around - as you should have most of the ingredients in your pantry!


Ingredients:

  • 350g flour  
  • 50g  brown sugar  
  • 1 tbs of baking powder 

  • 1 tbs of vanilla sugar

  • 3 tbs of apple vinegar

  • 3 dl of non-dairy milk (almond)

  • 1,25 dl of rapeseed oil

  • 2-3 apples

  • some cinnamon if you like

  • some maple syrup

Preparation:

  •  Mix dry ingredients, then liquid ones
  • Cut the apples into slices
  • Put the dough into your cake pan and insert the apple pieces 
  •  Bake for approx. 40 min at 180° celsius 


Optional: sprinkle some icing sugar over it.

Goes well with  tea or coffee, or let's be honest, with anything!
