Chocolate muffins

For all chocolate lovers. But I need to add a disclaimer: this is probably not the most healthy food. But good for your soul, as there are moments you need exactly those. And I need to add a warning: they are addictive... But chocolate lovers should know :-)

Ingredients (for 12 Muffins)


200g white flour
100g white sugar

50 g cane sugar

130 g ground Hazelnuts

2½ tsp baking powder

1 sachet of vanilla sugar

3 tbsp cocoa powder

1 pinch of salt

2.5 dl rice or almond milk

5 tbsp rapeseed oil

150 g chopped dark chocolate


Decoration

50 g dark chocolate (to melt)
50 g white chocolate (to melt)
Almond leaves, pistachio nuts, icing sugar, any sprinkles of your choice


Preparation
Mix dry ingredients, then liquid ones and add it to get a dough. At the end, add chopped dark chocolate. Fill the dough to the muffin baking cups


Bake for 20 min at 180 ° degrees


Let them cool down, add some chocolate coating and decorate as you like.
Place muffins with chocolate coating in the fridge for at least 1 hour.


Now try not to eat these chocolate bombs all at once!
