Breakfast bowls



Probably the fasted & healthiest way to prepare your breakfast. 


Acai-bowl

  • Add your favorite yogurt and frozen Acai berries to your blender (works as well with other berries). 
  • Then add it to your bowl, and add nuts, sprouts, oats, other cereals of your choice, and fresh fruits if you have any. You can now drizzle on some tahini, peanut butter or any other nut butter of your choice

Nice-cream

  • The cream can be made as well with frozen bananas, just add berries and a bit of non-dairy milk to your blender, and then same procedure as above.

The possibilities are countless…. Change your creams and toppings from time to time to make your breakfast a new adventure every day!
