Pancakes

What a lovely way to start the day...  perfect for weekends when you have a bit time, great for  your brunch, or if you just crave some sweet breakfast!


Ingredients (for 2 -3 servings)

  • 300 g flour
  • 3dl oat or almond-milk
  • 1tbs apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tbs sugar or sweetener of your choice
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Vegetable oil or vegan butter

Optional: add some chia seeds for some Omega 3, and/or frozen berries or chocolate chips!


Toppings

  • Non-dairy yogurt
  • Maple syrup
  • Fresh fruits and or stewed fruits (or both )

Preparation

  • Mix the apple cider vinegar with the non-dairy milk and let it do its magic for 5 mins
  • Mix all dry ingredients, then add the liquids and stir
  • Now start with heating up the pan and add the oil or vegan butter. Take a spoon or dipper and start adding the dough to the pan
  • Keep cool for 3 mins until you can see small bubbles and then carefully toss your pancake and let it fry for another 1-2 mins. Repeat until you used up your dough


Pie them up now and add your toppings of choice – and let the breakfast party begin 😊
